All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. During sales and holiday seasons this period may be extended to 72 hours due to volume of orders. If the order is dispatched from our warehouse we are no longer able to change the shipping address.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Romania

FAN Courier (1-2 business days) – Delivery cost will be calculated at check out and may vary depending on the destination.

The package will be brought to your door. You will be contacted by the courier by phone.

International

DHL (3-5 business days) – Delivery cost will be calculated at check out and may vary depending on the destination.

The package will be brought to your door. In case the courier doesn’t find you at the address indicated, you will receive a notice.

Custom Taxes & Duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

For other countries outside EU your order may be subject to VAT, Import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. MUNNA ships your package duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and as well cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur these charges, MUNNA is not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes on international shipments. To avoid any complications, please check with your local customs for rules that may apply to you before placing your order. In the event that the shipment is not received and held at customs, It will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you the amount paid, deducting the original shipping cost plus a return shipping fee.
